Among the half million Chinese adults followed for about 11 years, findings indicated that higher dairy (mainly milk) consumption was associated with higher risk of developing certain types of cancer. However, dairy consumption was not associated with risks of some other types of cancers.
Participants are expected to watch the video, reflect on its content, and complete the CEU self-assessment and CEU evaluation. Only upon completing this process will a participant's continuing education certificate be generated. The estimated time a learner will need to complete this self-study activity is 45 minutes.
This activity is approved for continuing education for physicians, nurses, and dietitians.

Objectives:
- Hear the findings from the China Kadoorie Biobank on dairy consumption in relation to risk of cancer incidence.
- Understand these results in the context of previous and new evidence from various populations across the world.
- Extrapolate the potential interpretation of these results.
Requirements for successful completion: Participants will be awarded contact hours commensurate with participation after completion of the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
