Objectives:
1. The participant will be able to define a ketogenic diet and the physiological changes it triggers. 
2. The participant will identify conditions for which there is strong evidence of benefit for a ketogenic diet and those for which evidence is lacking. 
3. The learner will be able to describe the short- and long-term risks associated with consuming a ketogenic diet.

Requirements for successful completion: Participants will be awarded contact hours commensurate with participation after completion of the post-test with a score of 70% or higher.
